Advanced Therapy services over 30 school districts in and around the Capital Region. Our therapists, skilled and trained clinicians and educators are knowledgeable in all aspects of development and the relevance of therapeutic support to elicit meaningful and long lasting academic engagement and success. Through a team approach, our staff consult with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement each student’s individualized educational plan while fostering a least restrictive learning environment.
Philosophy
Advanced Therapy’s staff understands that the purpose of school is to enhance a student’s functional skills as they relate to access and participation within the academic context. Our experienced therapists/clinicians strive to improve function by providing services directly, both in the therapy context as well as the classroom setting to promote generalization of relevant skills. As we believe it is essential to take a team approach when developing a student’s Individualized Educational Plan, ongoing consultation with teaching staff is regularly conducted to elicit maximal acquired skill carryover while promoting student engagement and independence.
School Based Service: Administrative Collaboration and Support
Advanced Therapy P.L.L.C. is cognizant and greatly values of the individual needs of each of its collaborating School District partners in alignment with school district curriculum, Response to Intervention, push-in and pull-out models, consultation models, and special program offerings.
To best meet the needs of the district and its students, Advanced Therapy provides ongoing administrative collaboration and support to all school district clients as part of its all-inclusive service offering.
Our administration is available to assist in enhancing related service programming via ongoing communication and consultation with School District Administrators.
Cost
Advanced Therapy recognizes the need for School Districts to manage budgetary costs and strives to offer highly competitive and all inclusive pricing.
Our all inclusive service continuum pricing includes but is not limited to screening, evaluation, direct and indirect service provision, direct and indirect consultation, telehealth/virtual, equipment justification, Response to Intervention, progress monitoring, meeting attendance, staff and/or parent training and/or in service, and all aspects of professional and Medicaid documentation including daily session notes, quarterly progress notes, IEP development, goal writing, etc.
Cost is also notably controlled from school year to school year to the maximal extent possible as needed to allow school district collaborators to effectively manage their respective budgets.
